Haïni joined the firm in July 2023 as a Legal Executive where she quickly established herself in the legal realm through her meticulous approach to resilience and her ability to learn technicalities of the civil procedures of the Mauritian Courts and the mixed legal system. Her work primarily involves key legal support to the team for corporate and dispute resolution matters.

On the compliance side, Haini ensures that the firm is in compliance with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws.  Looking forward, Haïni aims to continue expanding her expertise and aspires to advance within the firm where she is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate and Insolvency Law to further enhance her compliance credentials.
